Emmitt Field at Holmes Stadium provides the Bison men's and women's soccer programs with one of the finest soccer-only venues in the country. The natural grass pitch was was completed in 2005 with the remainder of the stadium and grandstand finished in 2007.
Located adjacent to the previous field at West Fields, and directly next to Graham Field, the facility has a natural grass surface with a state-of-the-art irrigation system. The field is also lighted, enabling the Bison to play games and practice at night.
A shared fan seating area with chair-backed stadium seating for both Graham Field and Emmitt Field, along with concession and restroom facilities were completed in 2007. The venue also includes a press box with VIP seating level, a new sound system and an LED scoreboard. An additional set of bleachers resides on the east side of the field, and many fans enjoy the view from the top of the hill above the north goal.
